Corporate Solicitor - Newly Qualified

My client is a Top 100 law firm with an outstanding reputation in the South West and South Coast. The client is seeking a Newly Qualified Lawyer to join their Tier 1 ranked Corporate team in Southampton.

In this role you will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of corporate work including corporate finance, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. You will be given early responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development.

Due to the team structure and the type of work on offer the client is seeking an NQ + lawyer to join this thriving team. You will have trained with a highly respected law firm, preferably a city or national law firm and have a very strong academic background. You would of completed at least one corporate seat, having had exposure to some heavyweight corporate transactions.
