A global software business are currently looking for a top-tier commercial lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the sales team and will be expected to provide accurate and timely legal guidance.

Role Description

  • To draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including sponsorships, marketing partnership deals, licensing and digital platform.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating IT contracts including software development and maintenance agreements
  • Assisting with corporate transactions
  • Researching and advising on regulatory and compliance issues

What do you need to be successful in this Role?

  • 4+ years PQE
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts
  • Either city law firm training or experience working in-house for a software business
