The Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency team carry out banking and finance work, including refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring, inter creditor issues and general banking/security work.They work closely with specialist corporate, commercial and real estate teams with an international reach, representing banks, well know companies and smaller businesses. The quality of the work is impressive,and the firm have a number of ex City practitioners in their ranks.
