Real Estate Litigation Paralegal/Legal Executive

Our client is an international law firm and they are looking to recruit a paralegal to join their real estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning law firm. You will be joining a full service real estate team that provides advice on property investment and development, planning and dispute. Their clients include large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds. The team in Bristol undertakes all aspects of estate management work with an emphasis on retail portfolios and experience in this area is desirable.

The role will include:

• Dealing with all landlord and tenant matters from lease renewals under the landlord and tenant act 1954 to service charges and dilapidations.
• Debt recovery for commercial clients and for large residential portfolio.
• Contentious landlord and tenant work including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Notices

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with legal experience ideally gained within a disputes or commercial real estate department.

You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative, and must be used to dealing with a large workload using your strong organisational skills.

You will have a strong academic background including a degree (2.1 or equivalent) in law or with an equivalent qualification and the LPC.

Salary £18,000 - £24,000.
