Job Details
We are seeking to appoint a full time experienced residential conveyancer to develop and expand the existing team of a well known firm in Bakewell.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate at least 3 years experience of managing their own caseload. The role is not limited to qualified applicants as applications from suitably experienced paralegals are welcome. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in residential conveyancing and it is essential that the candidate can demonstrate high standards of client care. The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include:
- sales and purchases
- Agricultural property work
- help to buy
- re-mortgages
- new builds
- lease extensions; and
- buy to let
