The Client
My client is a top 100 law firm in London, who advise commercial, private and public sector clients. The work handled covers a range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial work. The firm's M&A and real estate teams have strong reputations and rankings.
The firm has an international focus with its international group working on cross-border activities for a range of clients when required.
The Role
The corporate teamwork for a range of large corporates, high net worth individuals and SMEs
You will be advising on: M&A transactions; equity fundraising; joint ventures; shareholders' agreements; in addition to general corporate and commercial advice.
You will join as a senior member of the corporate team, allowing an opportunity to provide supervision to junior associates and to support business development.
The Ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE.
