Our Client is a Top 30 UK highly profitable international law firm that are seeking to grow their corporate practice in London and will consider both established partners for the role or senior associates with a strong business case for partnership.
The firm have recently lost a corporate partner to retirement and are extremely busy. The ideal candidate will have some corporate insurance expertise but this is not essential. International transactional experience will also suit as the firm are involved in a huge amount of international work.
The firm offers a global corporate team and advise in relation to private equity transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, IPOs on AIM and the Main Market and secondary fundraisings. They also provide advice on shareholder agreements, partnership transactions, joint ventures, as well as providing corporate governance advice on an ongoing basis.
