We have been instructed on a role with a well-known law firm that is looking to bring a senior lawyer into their Restructuring team in London. The BSR team has a number of strong and highly rated Partners in the market together with a high-calibre group of associates assisting on premium matters. The team is highly collaborative and offers flexible working alongside a low hours target in comparison to the rest of the market.
The candidate will be the lead associate on transactions dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters whilst being client facing and looking to assist with further business development opportunities. Ideally, the candidate will be coming from a firm that is also highly ranked and would need a strong academic background.
