JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor

THE ROLE:
As a highly talented and experienced Private Client solicitor, you will be motivated to excel within an innovative and market leading Legal 500 firm. You will be responsible for a full lifecycle of private client matters, including handling wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and succession planning. You will be integral in the strengthening of client relationships, and have a passion for business development. You will be confident liaising closely with partners and high value clients, and committed to supporting wider team development. You will gain strong exposure to a wide range of clients, ranging from high net worth individuals to families. THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an extensively experienced, passionate and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor who is ideally working toward, or gained, STEP qualification. Displaying a high degree of tenacity , intellectual flexibility and technical excellence, you will have displayed an interest in wills, tax, trusts and estate planning throughout your career. The role requires a flair for the provision of pragmatic, practical and sensitive solutions to a range of complex private client matters. You will be motivated to promote the image of your firm through involvement with business development initiatives, and be committed to providing a fully supportive client service.

Pasquale Agatiello – In – House Senior Legal Consultant

Pasquale is a specialist recruitment professional with many years’ experience working for some of the most reputable global recruitment organisations in the world. Specialising in in-house legal recruitment he has developed influential client relationships with key organisations across the IT, telecommunications, energy, FMCG and financial services sectors. He has developed an extensive network of active and passive candidates from around the EMEA region, thus ensuring clients and candidates work with an expert who really understands their business and is ideally placed to meet their strategic hiring requirements.
