Employment Solicitor or NQ  - Cheshire

Our client is long-established and has, over the years, continued to evolve and take shape as a well regarded commercial firm and more recently has experienced strong growth.

That recent growth has seen the team expand across its corporate and commercial areas as well as within real estate & employment and it finds itself in a very strong position with a real desire to grow further.

The primary focus of the business is to service clients in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire and acts for a broad range of clientele from individuals to large limited companies.

The employment team has also experienced good growth and has maintained its profile through some of the toughest times. In part this has been down to the firm's market presence but also the quality and reputation of its people.

To augment the existing team they are now looking for a junior to mid-level solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE. Ideally with a focus on respondent specific work but as the work can be varied mixed experience can also be considered.

The firm and the employment team have developed a strong collegiate culture and have invested in their junior members to get involved in marketing and business development and generate a name for themselves to succeed in the long term.
