JUST IN - A new opportunity has just arisen for an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the largest legal practices in the South West. Our client is an established firm who can offer excellent quality of work, genuine career progression and approachable Partners, all within a friendly office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm's busy Torquay office, where you will undertake a variety of work for commercial landlords and tenants including joint ventures, retail and leisure projects, as well as acquisitions and developments for commercial use.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and have had previous experience of working in a busy property team.
