Commercial Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor - Liverpool - flexible and home working

Given the smaller number of large international practices in Liverpool, it is inevitable that for those with significant breadth of commercial experience that options can prove more limited within the local market in order to achieve progression whilst maintaining high quality work.

Our client is a truly international firm and the pedigree of its team and clients is strong. They have identified Liverpool as an area of incredible talent which they feel can deliver high quality work for a fantastic array of client which might only be the preserve of London firms.

Alongside significant investment being made across a number of key commercial disciplines, the firm are seeking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer (most likely upwards of 2 years PQE) to represent the first footfall for this highly successful team.

As a result someone joining will enjoy significant scope for progression and development whilst enjoying the benefits of excellent work within a firm environment that is modern, forward thinking and agile.

There is a degree of scope in terms of the background that the firm can consider though at its heart this is a commercial contracts role so the basic requirements have to be across outsourcing, distribution and IT agreements. 

Wider experience in e-commerce, consumer regulation, data protection and telecoms specific work would be advantageous but is not essential.
