Job Details
We are presently working with a premier international law firm in Singapore within the structured products and derivatives space. The firm will consider candidates between 1-4 Singapore qualified, or NQ-2 U.K. scale, though there is a degree of flexibility with this.
The work will focus on structured finance and derivatives, sitting within the wider banking and finance practice group.
The team provides advice across multiple different asset classes, such as bonds, indices, currency rates, equities, interest rates and commodities.
Other aspects of the role will involve supporting clients with the documentation, drafting and management of different structured products issuances.
Structured finance and derivatives experience is highly desirable, though candidates with a good background in banking or financial services regulatory work could be considered. The firm is open to either Singapore qualfied or internationally qualified lawyers. A highly competitive salary (and relocation package for anyone based overseas) is on offer.
