Criminal Duty Solicitor - Rotherham part time hours available 3/4 days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join a major criminal defense practice situated in Rotherham. Ideally you will be available to work 3 days a week but it could be 4 days if neeed
This is a leading high street firm specializing in Criminal law, represent clients from first interview at the Police Station right though the Criminal Justice system. Work will include:
- Police station representation
- Magistrates' court representation
- Crown Court representation
- Appeals
- Fraud
- Proceeds of crime
- Extradition
The successful candidate can be an ambitious newly qualified solicitor or have many years' experience. Higher Rights of audience is not required but is highly desirable. They will manage their own caseload and attend clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts. The firm offers a competitive salary and there is opportunity for career progression.
