Offshore Corporate Lawyers – Channel Islands , UK - NQ -4
Our offshore client is a leading international law firm advising many of the world's foremost financial institutions, public companies, global corporations and fund promoters. They are currently looking for experienced corporate transactional lawyers with strong experience in banking, structured finance, capital markets, mutual funds, private equity funds, asset finance and general corporate law. The experts in this team pride themselves in being able to combine exceptional transactional skills with specialist expertise including corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers to enable them to deal with the numerous issues that can arise in a single corporate transaction.
The successful candidates will possess exceptional academic credentials and demonstrate strong technical knowledge as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface at all levels and to work autonomously. Excellent career prospects are offered as well as the exposure to challenging and complex work in a team-spirited environment.
