LEGAL COUNSEL, GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, JEDDAH CLIENT: We are working exclusively with a global asset manager and fund, based from their Jeddah office. They are seeking an additional lawyer to add to the team and help growth their capabilities. ROLE: You will provide high quality legal advice on a wide range of matters relating to new and existing global investment transactions, covering everything from strategy, to implementation and delivery. Supporting the asset management teams, you will cover funds, private and public equity, real estate and money markets, as well as general day to day corporate and commercial matters, with a sharp focus onto risk management. CANDIDATE: The client is looking for someone who can tick most, if not all of the following criteria: A qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years' of experienceArabic language skills are a distinct advantage, though note that documentation is all typically in EnglishExperience from a large international standard law firm, as well as in-house work from a fund / investment bank / asset management company, would be idealA skill set covering general corporate, funds and capital markets REF: MA/1096892 Please note that the jobs advertised here may represent just a selection of all the in-house roles we have running across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region from our hub office in Dubai.
