The perfect opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to gain excellent quality and broad in-house experience is available at a professional services firm in Central London. The breadth of work available will allow someone who is ambitious to move up to more senior positions and open a variety of options, either internally or when moving on.

Covering the entire UK business, this team support the management consultancy, tax, corporate finance and audit lines. Within a dynamic and fast paced working environment you will be constantly challenged as you turn your legal skillset to innovation and cutting-edge developments.  

The areas of law previously covered are not the major consideration for this position as the work is so broad – but a desire to do a wide range of work is. A strong and experienced team is available to support and guide you, but you will also be offered responsibility as you assist with all legal matters relating to the business. This could include commercial contracts, digital and technology, regulatory and litigation. In addition, you will work on large scale projects which could include corporate transactions, social responsibility work, and regulatory projects. 

Suitable applicants will be around 4 to 7 years post qualified and can be from any of the above backgrounds. Excellent academics and training is essential and in-house experience would be useful but not required.
