Corporate Energy Lawyers – Corporate/ Projects /M&A/ Oil and Gas/ Energy – mid-level (1-5 pqe) - Abu Dhabi , Middle East

Our client is a prestigious global law firm with a thriving Middle East practice. They are seeking a junior to mid-level associate lawyer to join their expanding team based in Abu Dhabi .

The successful candidate must have transactional and commercial experience within the Energy sector, including some Oil and Gas, gained with a reputable international law firm. You will also have good organisational skills and experience in transaction management, an excellent academic track record, enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work and excellent client relationship skills.

The work will include the drafting and negotiation corporate documents (including joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, upstream contracts, midstream and downstream contracts and LNG project documentation); and transaction management for regional and international oil and gas mergers and acquisitions and projects.
