Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer

THE ROLE

The firm's central London based office has an opportunity for an ambitious Restructuring & Insolvency solicitor to join a highly regarded and market leading team with an established reputation.

The role will encompass restructuring (advisory),non-contentious and contentious work with links to the firm's orporate, finance and real estate teams, amongst others, providing advice to all stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.

ABOUT YOU

You will have 3-5PQE and a solid and thorough grounding in Insolvency / Restructuring matters gained at a law firm, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements, amongst other things.

The individual will have excellent academics and the desire to be part of a successful growing team.

Whilst you will be predominantly based in London, you will be part of a cross-office Restructuring & Insolvency team and be prepared to travel to other locations when required.

It is paramount that you have an interest in business development as this is a crucial part to this client facing role.
