The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to join a well established and expanding team.
In recent years the Corporate team has grown both in terms of personnel and its client base. The work will cover all aspects of corporate finance including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and re-organisations.
As a key team member the role will carry a significant level of client contact.
