The Corporate team with the legal arm of this 'Big 4' practice is one of the largest practice groups in their Legal network. The team focuses on corporate and business structuring projects ranging from significant multi-territory reorganisation projects to smaller intra-group reorganisations, as well as M&A and private equity work. The team also has specialisms in advising on demergers, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, LLP set ups and LLP conversions as well as European company law (cross-border mergers and SEs).

Their clients include numerous household name multinationals and listed groups as well privately owned companies, high net worth individuals, start-ups, fast growth companies and inbound groups. Their corporate team often work with tax, corporate finance.

They are looking for mid-level lawyer with a general corporate law and transactional experience as well as good business development experience and accumen to join this busy, friendly team and help support the continued expansion of the team.
