Corporate Associate, 1+, Muscat: UK, US, CAN', NZ and AUS Relocators

This NEW role within this multi-national law firm is rare in Muscat and offers an amazing and wholly different opportunity for the right relocating lawyer from any of the Western jurisdictions such as the U.S, the U.K, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and the like.  The one thing you will all have in common, is that you have a very good grounding in Common Law corporate law and/or understand the influx of corporate work from the West into the area.  You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, flexibility to work with different team members (there are currently 15 in the team) on a range of corporate matters (including M&A / JV transactional matters, corporate structuring, but also general corporate advice), excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture client relationships and a strong pull to region to work somewhere that little bit different. This team is one of the leading teams in the area and as such is searching not only for the best recruit, but also someone that is going to 'fit it' with its culture and staff.
