Job Details
An in-house lawyer is required to join the established legal team in a growing, international business based in Warrington. This is an organisation who can offer development, interesting, varied work, travel and excellent work-life balance.
The role:
There will be a wide range of legal work including-
Commercial support for the UK and wider international business
Corporate governance and compliance
Litigation
Employment matters
Commercial property
GDPR
Attendance at Board meetings
You:
The role would suit a lawyer with 0-2 years post qualified experience in commercial law, gained either in-house or in private practice
The desire to learn about the business and enthusiasm for its operations, involving travel to their various offices
