Job Details
A south-west London based life sciences company is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join on an initial 3-6 month contract from July. Full time hours or 4 days per week will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- drafting and negotiating commercial contracts such as sales and distribution agreements, procurement and marketing contracts, in addition to general terms and conditions
- providing general legal advice concerning IP, privacy, disputes and compliance matters
- keeping policies and procedures are kept up to date
- supporting on wider business initiatives
You will be 5+ years PQE with experience in a similar role, ideally gained in the life science or pharma sector. You will be able to demonstrate a strong level of contract drafting skills and be able to work effectively in a team based environment.
Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience and valid work rights are also encouraged to apply.
