The Role


The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to join their expanding team, based in Crawley, Kent


You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.


You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.


The corporate commercial team stands at over 8 lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.


Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.


This role comes with good prospects and career development.


Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
