September 19 NQs: Real Estate Role at Renowned International Firm in Manchester

We are working with a renowned international firm that is on a recruitment drive into its Real Estate team in Manchester.

The team undertakes some of the most high-quality work in the region, as associates advise on lettings, asset management, funding projects, development and leasing matters.  As a result of the wide-ranging work on offer, the team assists a range of different clients, from real estate investors, property development organisations in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors, and corporates on a domestic and global level.

This serves as an excellent opportunity for a trainee that may be looking to relocate from London to Manchester for example, as they would prosper from the same high-quality work that is befitting of an international firm in London, while equally benefitting from exposure to a better work-life balance.

The firm is particularly keen to hear from trainees due to qualify in September 2019 – the trainees must have completed a Real Estate seat at a highly-regarded firm within any regional hub throughout the UK.  Applications are also welcome from existing NQs, who have up to 6 months of post-qualified experience.  Commercial property-specific experience is advantageous, but not compulsory.
