Boutique property investment firm seeks full time, in-house lawyer, with at least 3 years PQE.

We invest in commercial and residential property by way of company acquisitions and require an experienced, innovative lawyer to become an advisor, and integral part of the business.  Our company environment is fast paced with multiple acquisitions on the go at the same time.

The successful candidate will be required to work in-house at our Battersea office, reporting to the MD and team when required.

You will be needed on matters of property and conveyancing law, including company acquisitions and detailed contract work. You will have experience acquiring commercial and residential property, undertaking corporate acquisitions of a company which holds property assets, in particular by way of share purchase agreement. Experience of litigation matters is also beneficial.

This role is on a self-employed basis offering an attractive £100,000 per annum salary.
