As a Senior Pensions Lawyer at this firm you will be given the opportunity to work at the very highest level for clients throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. You will liaise with colleagues in corporate, real estate, banking, employment, private client, commercial and litigation whilst advising on trust law, commercial terms, contract law, trustee governance, investments, corporate law and corporate support work. The firm advise trustees of some very large and household named pension schemes, as well as the large corporate organisations. On top of this the team also handles pensions litigation and has a market leading SIPP and SSAS practice.  As a senior member of the team you will play a role in helping the team develop and build relationships with new and existing clients through business development initiatives. Internally you will play a key part in shaping and driving the development of the team, including the supervision of junior members

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and enthusiastic associate with a minimum of 8 years of post qualification experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level. The want someone with a good grounding in trust law, pensions law, commercial law and/or corporate law aswell as an excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree. Excellent communication, organisation and legal technical skills are also essential.
