Our client produces cutting-edge formats to multi award winning, long-running drama. It is at the forefront of today's popular culture - both as a content creator and the producer of TV shows that stand the test of time. They are now looking for a Legal Administrator to work at their London base.
The Legal and Business Affairs department looks after the commercial, legal and business affairs operations across all productions. The role sits within the legal team of 3 in the London office and supports the lawyers in this team.
You will be responsible for reviewing contracts and supporting the lawyers in their negotiations and drafting. You will be highly organised and resilient with lots of attention to detail. You will be able to deal with and prioritise a wide range of tasks. Duties include all the general administration for the team including maintaining the filing system, checking and issuing contracts, responding to general queries, raising PO numbers, arranging meetings etc.
