Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor to join the highly regarded commercial and technology department of a mid-size London law firm.
Working closely with the lead data privacy lawyer, the role will involve working with wide range of companies and entrepreneurs to provide practical advice on contractual and data security issues including:
*Privacy and data protection and security issues
*Contractual agreements and consumer contracts
*E-commerce
*Electronic marketing
*Website compliance issues
*Transfers of data outside of the EEA
As a suitable candidate, you will have a keen interest in the broad range of data protection and privacy related matters and be looking for a broad role within an established practice that will support you by providing you with lots of client contact, exposure to interesting work and a progressive environment where you can rapidly develop your knowledge and skills.
The position is open to either qualified lawyers or final seat trainees who will qualify this September.
