This role would suit a Commercial Property Partner seeking a firm with an unparalleled culture, the firm are currently succession planning and are looking for an ambitious Lawyer to take the reins of the department and drive forward growth.
This is new, exciting role based in one of London's most vibrant locations, offering a relaxed, friendly working environment. This is personally my favourite firm in London for culture, they are the most friendly of people, based in Euston Central London.

This firm boasts many recent industry awards, and I put them head and shoulders above the competition. Positions at firms such as this are hard to come by, they have an extremely loyal workforce and as a result, have an unheard-of staff retention rate.

This highly commended, family run practice is award winning and based in the trendy Euston area. They have recently devised an ingenious tool used by clients which have resulted in a business development capacity generating a significantly increased workflow. The firm is the type of practice where people enjoy coming into the office, they do regular social events throughout the year and often finish early on a Friday for team building events.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner to join their flourishing office based close to Euston, London.

The department currently consists of 3 Commercial Property Solicitors, one of which is the Managing Partner, he is looking to retire in 18 months so you will inherit this excellent client base.

The firm has a loyal client base, the commercial property department deals with an excellent quality of work.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to some National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Investment work.
This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • You will have a passion for conveyancing work, and possess a meticulous eye for detail
  • You should have strong communication and team work skills
  • Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
