European Legal Counsel 5+ PQE
My client is a £1billion turnover manufacturing business.
They are seeking their first European Legal Counsel reporting into the US General Counsel. This is a first Legal Counsel role for the European business. An exciting opportunity for someone seeking a step up to head up and grow their own function.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of matters including Commercial Contracts, IP, Employment, Litigation and Compliance. You will work alongside senior stakeholders in the business.
The newly created role will form part of the European management team and you will focus on establishing the legal support structure across the Europe.
Our client is seeking a high level lawyer with European experience ideally from a manufacturing background.
