Disputes Resolution Associate – Seoul, South Korea

With a long history of supporting Korean clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region as well as globally, our client’s Seoul based dispute resolution practice handles complex, challenging matters spanning international arbitration, cross-border litigation, employment matters and investigations across a multiple sectors including energy, construction, consumer, autos, manufacturing and real estate.

They are now looking for a disputes lawyer to join their team and are keen to engage with candidates with ideally 3-5 years PQE (but more junior candidate would be considered) and particular experience in handling international arbitration matters. Strong Korean language skills are essential while it is envisaged that candidates will be England & Wales, US or Australian/NZ qualified. Experience of working within an international law firm is preferred (but not essential).
