Job Details
Our client is a leading international law firm with a growing presence in the GCC. The corporate practice in the GCC has 4 partners and they work closely as a cross-region offering. This role is to be based in their Dubai office, and will involve working on some of the biggest transactions in the MENA region. The role will encompass a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and some commercial work.
You will have high levels of responsibility and work in a small, collegiate team with opportunity to business develop.
The right candidate for this opportunity will:
- Have 3 - 6* PQE experience in M&A and corporate;
- Be committed to being based in Dubai;
- Have excellent academics.
*Candidates outside of the stated PQE will be considered if you can show the requisite competencies.
