Your new role
Sitting within the Compliance and Legal team, this position will act as a sole counsel across a broad range of legal matters.The role will act as first point of contact for legal in order to support the business areas across the Bank, liaising with stakeholders.
You will work on banking agreements such as loan/security documentation, NDAs, ISDAs etc. You will implement new policies and procedures to reinforce the Legal Risk Framework and maintain/make improvements to the existing Legal Risk Monitoring Framework. Conduct training for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will Ideally be a UK qualified Lawyer and will accept applications from lawyers who have qualified in a common law jurisdiction. You will ideally be between 2-4 years PQE, though this is a guideline and if you feel that you could do this role comfortably then you will be considered.
