I have been instructed by a UK leading law firm to source a quality Banking and Finance Lawyer with 5+ PQE. You will be advising clients on financing transactions across multiple sectors and different jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
* Acting for lenders, investors and borrowers.
* Working with major banks.
* Managing transactions from cradle to grave.
* Corporate lending, acquisition & leverage finance.
Requirements:
* 5+ PQE
* Proven experience within Banking & Finance at a reputable firm.
* High level attention to detail.
* First class client care
