Construction & Infrastructure Partner (Head of Group) – Dubai

An opportunity has arisen for a senior Construction & Infrastructure Partner to be based in Dubai with a leading regional law firm. This is a “Head of Group” position and will require the successful applicant to have a strong background in front and back-end construction matters in addition to significant regional experience & visibility, in what is an extremely competitive market place.

You will be ready to both lead and develop an established construction practice, acting for all manner of stakeholders on various high value concession agreements, construction contracts, O&M contracts and consultant services agreements in respect of a variety of power, utilities, infrastructure, building and development projects. The firm also has significant construction claims and contentious construction experience (across arbitration, court proceedings, expert determination and mediation/conciliation) so an individual equally at home at the front & back end of projects is essential.

Possessing established client relationships across the Middle East and a track record of winning new instructions you will be at the stage of your career where you are able to take responsibility for a team, working with senior colleagues to grow the practice across the region.
