Job Details
This is a broad and highly rated Leveraged Finance practice that advises both lenders and borrowers (including financial sponsors) on the financing of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, particularly leveraged acquisitions. Typical transactions would take the form of private equity sponsored management buy-outs, corporate acquisitions and public bids as well as refinancings and recapitalisations.
The firm has an opening for a first rate leveraged finance lawyer with experience gained within a top tier firm. A strong academic background and technical skills are essential. You will ideally have between 3-6 years' relevant experience.
