NEW DUBAI: Immediate PARTNER prospects for the right candidate with good client relationships OR within 2-3 years without, are a real possibility at this Global Practice.  This new role is a genuine message to the market that this firm is gearing up to take maximum work and grow the team under a partner that is very well known and plugged into the local market throughout the whole of the Gulf.  Banking experience is a given and you must understand all of the surrounding entities that are involved within it.  There are no half measures.  General banking and borrower work is what you will be doing, but you would be expected to understand the whole circle of work.  An obvious and exceptional opportunity to be filled by 2019, such is the level of work.  UK and Common Law Solicitors are needed and a UK / US training contract is preferred. 

For associates: forget about PQE: if you are THE right candidate that is able to 1) have a 'real' ability to business develop and bring clients to the table 2) are able to knuckle down and actually do and understand the work and explain to clients if necessary and 3) impress the clients face to face enough to fast-track you to partnership, which in every sense is short to medium term.
