Senior Underwriter | M&A Insurance

An Insurer that underwrite mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax insurance are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Attorney to focus on underwriting DACH M&A deals. The hire will work closely with a first class team of Lawyers based internationally however as the first Underwriter for the M&A team on the ground, in Germany, he or she will have the opportunity to work towards leading the DACH M&A practice.

All deals are received through the international broking community.

The role would suit a Commercial M&A Lawyer interested in moving into technical appointment where he or she can remain within transactions in an environment to leverage their corporate law background. You will be confident in making decisions and operating in an agile working environment.
