Senior Underwriter | M&A Insurance

A global reinsurer with primary offering that underwrite mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and tax insurance are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Lawyer or Market Underwriter to focus on underwriting UK & European M&A deals.

The hire will work within an small but growing international W&I insurance team who have a first class market brand.

The role would suit a Corporate Lawyer interested in moving into technical appointment where he or she can remain within transactions in an environment to leverage their corporate law background, or of course a Market Underwriter or Broker. You will be confident in making decisions and operating in an agile working environment.
