Relationship Manager | Private Equity & M&A

An international insurance Broker and Risk Manager that provide a range of services to the mergers and acquisitions process are looking to appoint a Relationship Manager to the EMEA team in London.

The appointment sits within the private equity team where he or she will manage relationships with top-tier and bulge bracket private equity funds globally (70% Europe, 20% US, 10% Asia Pac) ensuring they have a point of contact within the business for a range of ongoing transactions at any one time.

The role offers an individual incredible viability across the executive team globally with prospects of growing within the fasted growing piece of a global business.

• First class relationship management skills
• Hold a clear understanding of private equity fund culture and thought process
• Comfortable in managing internal and external stakeholders up to board level
• Understand the workings of an M&A transaction and what services can be monetised
