Commercial Property Solicitor, Essex, 8+ years' PQE – Regional firm wishes to recruit an experienced and technically excellent Commercial Property Solicitor, to further swell the ranks of this very busy and successful real estate department. COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
Offering high quality work, coupled with a realistic work/life balance and opportunities for progression in this well-established but growing firm, this is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to make their mark. You will manage a caseload of sales & acquisitions, freehold & leasehold title, re-financing and landlord & tenant work, alongside some residential development matters. The complexity of the work and the nature of the client base means that the successful solicitor is likely to have around 8+ years PQE in commercial property law and able to demonstrate an excellent academic record and a training contract with a firm dealing with similar complex property issues. The ability to delegate appropriately and to supervise is essential, as you will be managing and driving the plot sales team. You will be a keen business developer and will have a demonstrable history of increasing work through networking and marketing initiatives.

Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region.
