The Role

The firm are looking to hire an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Ely office.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate and Commercial matters. The firm are undergoing significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the team.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including: M&A, Partnership and Shareholder agreements, drafting and reviewing terms and conditions and Commercial contracts

This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 1 - 4 PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
