Your new role
This real estate role will see you handle a broad range of high quality commercial property work. This will include L&T, investment as well as development work. The department has one of the best client lists in the North West and is noted as one of the leading real estate law firms in Manchester.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a real estate lawyer at NQ level or up to senior associate level. You should have gained a good spread of real estate experience and have the ability to build effective and long lasting relationships with clients. Applications are invited from those with good academics from smaller commercial practices who want to take a step forward in their career.
