A global law firm with a first class reputation is currently seeking a TMT Lawyer to join its busy London office. The TMT team is one of the oldest in the City and is also relatively large in size due to the practice revenues. The team works on a consistently quality stream of work and the turnover of staff is low. 

ROLE

• Work is predominantly a combination of Privacy, Commercial Contracts and Technology, although Fintech and Healthtech or growing practices within the TMT group.
• Corporate support work is also required, although this is usually big ticket outsourcings.

TMT ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academics (This is a very academic team so technical knowledge is paramount);
• 2-6PQE although applicants with more or less experience may be considered if all other boxes are ticked;
• Strong experience in the TMT sector, covering a broad range of issues.

The firm genuinely has a very collegiate atmosphere with the Associates often eating lunch together and occasionally going on holiday together! The support system is excellent, consisting of Partners and Senior Lawyers always on hand to help out with issues, as well as a team of dedicated PSLs and knowhow sessions to keep everybody up to speed on the latest developments. The team also allows one working day from home per week.
