An entrepreneurial, regional heavyweight are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their collaborative firm, in an autonomous role. The Role
The firm are seeking to hire Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate to join their rapidly expanding Ipswich Office.
You will be working closely with the Commercial Property Partner to build the firm's reputation further and increase their Commercial Property offering throughout the East Anglia region.
They are now looking for a client facing Solicitor or Associate with a passion for business development to join them in a very progressive role, reporting to the senior management team.
You will be encouraged to build your own client base whilst being supported by an enthusiastic team of fee earning Paralegals and support staff.
In this role you will deal with a broad caseload for both organisations and individuals, including: Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate with 1 - 4 years PQE
- You should have first-class communication and business development skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
