THE FIRM
A leading commercial firm with a new role in it's South Coast office.
THE ROLE
Our firms clients include a number of FTSE 250 household names, across a range of sectors including transport and infrastructure, leisure, energy and charities.
The team has an exciting opportunity for a property litigator with around two years' experience.
You'll be advising clients on a wide range of substantial contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.
THE PERSON
You'll have at least two year's post qualification experience and keen to build on the exposure you've already had to quality property litigation work during the last two years and from your training contract with a large regional or city firm.
Just as important are excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism and the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients.
