Job Details
Well-regarded private practice law firm in Guernsey is seeking to recruit a Private Client (Wills Trusts Probate) lawyer of newly-qualified level or above. The team is well-regarded and a significant proportion of their clients are high net worth individuals. The role will involve covering a broad spectrum of Private Client work such as: • drafting Wills • Estates planning and administration • Deed of Variations • IHT (Inheritance Tax) • Trusts • Enduring Powers of Attorney.
If you are already qualified you will currently specialise in Private Client law and if you are newly-qualified you must have undertaken a seat in Private Client law during your training. Our client is keen to consider candidates from the England & Wales jurisdiction. Applications are also welcome from candidates already working offshore.
