Job Details
This Top 50 law firm are seeking a Commercial Property NQ to join their highly regarded London office. This team are one of the fastest growing real estate practices acting for an enviable client base.
In this role you will work closely with experienced lawyers to provide a quality service to real estate developers, property investors, public sector organisations and occupiers along with a range of other private sector businesses. You will assist with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work and landlord and tenant matters.
Applications are invited from NQ Solicitors (or those approaching qualification) with a desire to specialise in Commercial Property. You will have a high degree of initiative and will work well in a busy team. You will be keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and will enjoy client contact.
